Le Trap Gold Sluice Box - 3 models to choose from

The Le Trap sluice is made of light weight, wear-resistant, high impact ABS plastic (green or blue). It is 16 inches wide and 40 inches long and weighs only 4 pounds. The riffles are designed with a two-step ramp which allows the sluice to recover fine gold without vibrating or the use of carpet, matting, or miners moss. Clean lines and the lack of any removable riffles or carpet allow for very quick clean up. Most gold is caught within the first 4-5 drop riffles.

Letrap sluice boxes run well in faster water as well as in low pressure water flows. Because of that, it is an amazing gold trap. Depending on the flow and method you use to introduce your materials, they are ideal for fine gold recovery as well as stream sluicing. You might know the Le’Trap Sluice Box by the name River Robber when it was first made in Canada; it is now made in the USA from the original mold design. Choose from 3 models (see photos):

• Closed top at the header for use with highbankers or trommels
• Open at top and bottom with rock bars for use in a stream (place a heavy rock on the bars to hold the LeTrap sluice box in place in the river)
• Closed top with a removable spray bar and adjustable sprayer head nozzle.  Will work with a 1100 gph, or a 2000 gph pump for stronger water pressure that can be adjusted. Pump NOT included.
